CHO SOOJIN is a graduate of the Master of Education school at the University of Pennsylvania. She worked as a TOEIC instructor at YBM e4u and then as an admissions director and English teacher at an international school in China. She is currently residing in Stockholm, Sweden, where she is pursuing an Executive MBA at the Stockholm School of Economics. She writes columns on English, fashion, and English for daily newspapers, including CHO SOOJIN's Fashion English, CHO SOOJIN's All About English, and CHO SOOJIN's Fashion English, which are published in Joy News 24, Business Report, and Fashion Insight.

As the youngest of three daughters, she was born with a dream of becoming a taekwondo athlete during her elementary school years. Upon completing her graduate studies in the United States, she began her career as a TOEIC instructor at YBM e4u's Jong-no Center, where she quickly established herself as a top TOEIC instructor, teaching in a classroom that could accommodate up to 140 students.
Throughout her career, she has authored seven TOEIC books, such as Top TOEIC, TOEIC Reading Complete Mastery, Dosirak TOEIC, and Jin-dal-rae Project. With three years of experience in SAT, TOEFL, admission counseling, and entrance counseling, she relocated to Stockholm, Sweden, with her husband in 2019, as he had been assigned to the Swedish KNTEC(Korea-Nordics Science&Technology Cooperation Center) located in Sweden. She has been living in Stockholm ever since, pursuing an EMBA at the Stockholm School of Economics until 2023. She has been working as financial advisor at Ilmi food for eight years.

She taught as a TOEIC instructor in a classroom that could accommodate up to 140 students, and authored seven TOEIC books, including Top TOEIC, TOEIC Reading Complete Mastery, Bento TOEIC, and Jin-dal-rae Project. She has made appearances on EBS English 119 and has many online lectures on YouTube, including CNN 5 Minute Live and Fashion English. Additionally, she translated all episodes of the drama "Look and See Again" into English and has provided interpretation and translation services for various external events.
Furthermore, she consistently works on developing English content through the "Jo Soo-jin English Research Institute." Her areas of expertise include TOEIC and SAT, and she is renowned for her ability to develop test questions by analyzing past questions and producing high-quality TOEIC and SAT test questions with native speakers. In March 2022, her new book, "Fashion X English," which combines fashion and English into a new concept, was published and became a bestseller for two weeks. In November 2022, her "Fashion X English" course was launched on Class 101.
